Hall County Nebraska has 14 townships and is governed by a seven-member Board of Supervisors, who are elected for four-year terms by popular vote.

Village Government

Doniphan Nebraska  is a small community, a village, that is  located in Hall County, Nebraska. Doniphan Nebraska  is overseen by a five member board of directors who meet monthly, the second Monday of each month.

Doniphan Nebraska is not a large area, but is within easy driving distance from several mid-sized and one or two larger cities. Part of the Grand Island and Hastings area, Doniphan is located about 9 miles North of Hastings and 9 miles south of Grand Island Nebraska. It is situated nicely from larger cities, most  notably Omaha and Lincoln. There are some enjoyable activities and places to visit in the immediate area.

Doniphan, Nebraska itself is a small town, but the surrounding area has a vast array of natural beauty, historical attractions, and recreational opportunities to explore. Additionally, nearby Grand Island offers more extensive amenities and entertainment options for visitors.
